The man behind our pies is Chef Son. He's developed an ethos for simple, honest flavors through his world-traveled journey as a chef. Son's worked at establishments such as Union Square Cafe (New York), Amelia (Hong Kong), and Ryugin (Japan), partnering with restaurateur Shakib Pasha and beer aficionado Charles Porter to create the trio behind Sonny's Pizza.
